wrong it's ignorance and ignorance is bad.
wrong I'm researching computer science and I've seen some of the scientific work (academic papers of people using the scientific method) that has generated parts of software engineering.
wrong Computer programming is a legitimate science.
right look at windows that crap just keeps growing,every day it gets bigger on your drive! and does it get any better NO its gets slower
right it's a joke. existing techniques have no way of managing complexity.
