right all they do is call at all odd hours. Often they are just recordings fishing for anyone who will answer. I already screen calls and use caller ID. If I could permanently block them, I would be happy.
right the entire 800 number system is being abused by debt collectors and telemartketing scams!

right Toll free numbers are most likely scams or telemarketers. Do you want to talk to them? no. block them.
