plan ways to isolate people so they won't risk losing their job asking for better working conditions ?

wrong obedience does not excuse a person from issues of morality

wrong Get a job that doesn't involve hurting others. Even if it's an order by a superior, you're the one responsible.
wrong torture is fundamentally wrong and you chose your job thus choosing to torture people.
