
Is it right or wrong for you to exercise when you're sick?
wrong when you're sick your body is trying to heal itself. Taxing yourself will only exacerbate things.
right helps me beat colds/mild illness faster.

right though it may not be healthy depending on the illness, it will not necessarily harm others.
wrong your body isn't up to it's usual level of fitness, and you probably won't be aware of its limits until you hurt yourself.
right It's not wrong, but I would advise agaisnt sit-ups when you have diarrhea.

right Exercise in general is good for you and makes you healthier. If you are so sick that exercise will actually hurt you, then you probably shouldn't.
