wrong it offends a rather large group of people due to an actual injustice. It's not just upsetting someone's pedantic language rules or propaganda.

wrong I'm not entirely sure who socially uses it, but I don't want to use it, in case I accidentally insult the wrong guy.

right Words are just groups of letters, it's the people that give them a bad meaning. "Nigger" just means "black guy", nothing more.

right words mean nothing. We attach meaning to them. "Nigger" is not offensive and and of itself; only when people think of what it means does it become offensive.
right I have never found anything wrong with using nutsack in a derogatory manner.

right no word should be taboo among those of one ethnicity and allowed among those of another. That would be descrimination. (That said, using it for the purpose of offending is wrong.)
