Is it right or wrong for you to point a laser at someone's eye?

 

right it's hillarious. It's more fun if it's the laser mounted on your sniper rifle.

wrong Unless the other person has explicitly asked me to harm their eye in that way, such behavior would be harmful and hence pathological.
