wrong children have not gone through puberty. Their bodies say they aren't ready for sex for a reason. That being said I don't think anyone under 18 should be punished for any sort of pornography related crime.
right like it or not, kids are interested in sex, and they need to work through it to become functioning adults. That might involve some experimentation. Obviously, be careful and communicate with your kids if you find some. If it's really bad, get them help.
