Is it right or wrong for you to drive faster than the speed limit?

 

right speed limits are arbitrary - they aren't actually the "safest" speed to drive.

wrong not always wrong, but speed limits should be used as a guideline to prevent accidents

wrong you'll risk other people's lives unnecessarily.

wrong the speed limits around my place seem well chosen. I feel like I can't spot hazards in time when I drive faster.

right it's the flow speed that matters, not the limit

right This is a fuzzy issue. Going 80 next to a playground is grounds for elimination. going 5 over on a freeway is cool so long as everyone else is too

right you can drive safely at much higher speeds then the set limit

right my speed should be based on realtime environmental conditions, influenced but not limited by a static guide

right the speed limits in certain areas (particularly bottoms of hills) are often set really low just to catch people speeding. it's revenue generation, and shooting fish in a barrel

wrong it's stupid, increasing the speed, increases the momentum. Basic physics

right driving the speed limit causes me to lose concentration, which is dangerous for others.

wrong I waste gas, but I still do it.

right I feel that I pay much greater attention to my driving than most people and can handle the higher speed.
