Is it right or wrong for you to break someone's anonymity?

 

wrong they have a basic human right to their own identity

right only if they are anonymously causing a great deal of harm to others.

wrong In many countries, that spells death or imprisonment. If you do, you'd better have an arsenal of good reasons to do so and a clear and present danger.

wrong they might be hiding from the mob, an ex-wife, parent, current wife, the government... and they probably have a pretty good reason.
