This is a rather stupid question. However, if that happiness causes pain/harm to others, you should be unhappy and in a jail cell.

There's a 100% chance that life lives somewhere out there in the vast Universe, be it intelligent or simply microbial. But if you're asking if they're transversing the Universe to hover over the ground for two minutes and shoot off.. I doubt it.

it's just a stage. They'll get over themselves eventually. Their lives may be "good" or "bad", but it's their fault for being weak and hurting themselves instead of taking other actions.
