everyone does it, the government steals form people all the time, budgets are designed with monetary allocations with regard to allowing people to steal so you aren't acutally stealing

cheat on a test
tests are so arbitrary

don't mention a really good test score when you know your friend did badly
doing well on a test shouldn't verify your value in any context, least of all by feeling better htan others

test drugs on people
pay them to consent, better than testing on animals who can't

Find out where your teacher gets their test questions from and then use that source to prepare for their other tests.
education success doesn't equate to judging intelligence
