What good is morality? It determines what humans do, and how we shape the world. If you have a blank piece of paper, without knowing what is right and wrong you produce random scribbles. Once you understand the positive and negative of actions, you can direct it to produce the drawing of your choice. Reality is your canvas, what you draw is up to you.

Some actions aren't right or wrong, can I choose neither? Every action is potentially right or wrong for you because you only have two choices, do it, or don't. If something will never apply to you, skip it and don't add it to your moral code.

That's not for you, they don't care what you think, and "don't be proud of being African" is a commandment that makes no sense for you to live by.
These don't all seem like moral dilemmas, are they? Right and wrong involves all actions we face, not just the ones that make us feel negative emotions.
